| There are special exceptions for
small quantities up to 70 oz. (2 kg or 2 liters) of medicinal and toilet
articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on
your person. For further information, check with your airline
representative. It's the Law...you must declare your hazardous materials to the airline or air package carrier. A violation of the Federal Hazardous Materials Regulations (49 CFR Parts 171-180) can result in five years' imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (40 U.S.C. 5124).
