Liability coverage is provided for bodily injury and property damage for which the State of Maryland, it's agencies, or employees may be held legally liable to others. All auto/fleet accidents have a $1,000 deductible which the State agency is responsible for. (See Appendix B for forms and procedures to report vehicle/fleet accidents)
