What it is and what I need to do

A clean and well organized laboratory sets the foundation for a safe working environment. It is also important to follow basic personal hygiene practices such as not eating or drinking in laboratories, and washing your hands after working with hazardous materials.

Audit Finding:

• Poor housekeeping
• Evidence of eating, drinking, or cosmetics
• Tripping hazards present
• No hand washing materials
• Spill response not available
