Eye Wash Stations and Drench Hoses 

Audit findings: Eyewash station/Drench Hose is not working  

Adverse consequence(s): Injury to the eye due to inability to rinse corrosive or toxic chemicals from the eye 

Corrective action: You need to submit a work order to have the the eyewash station repaired. You can submit a work order to Facilities Management by clicking on the following link:
