  Biological Safety Cabinet

Audit finding: Exhaust filter obstructed

Adverse consequences: Obstructed exhaust filters decreases the amount of air flowing through the cabinet. 

Corrective action: Material blocking the exhaust filter of the biosafety cabinet must be removed.
