November 30, 1998  14:45  150 Occupants  7 min Evacuation time Unannounced  Fire alarm panel was showing trouble when the drill started.  The manual pull station was activated by the front entrance, but did not respond.  The trouble was coming from the 7th floor beam detector.   No fire wardens reported from the basement, 2nd or 5th floors.

1999

Drill not held 1st semester because of false alarms.

October 25, 1999  9:40 111 Occupants 9 minute Evacuation time Unannounced  Occupants located on 2nd floor North did not leave the building.   Cart was found blocking the exit door in the Southwest stairwell.  Animal facility doors locked rather than unlocking when the fire alarm sounded.  Fire wardens did not report from 4th floor South.  One handicapped person was taken to the 6th floor stairwell.

2000

April 14, 2000  10:04  144 Occupants 7 minute evacuation time Unannounced.  Occupants of 6th floor conference room did not leave the building.  Animal facility doors and stairwell door next to roll-up door did not open when alarm sounded.

October 10, 2000  09:29  92 Occupants  5 Minute evacuation time Unannounced.  Animal facility doors and stairwell door next to roll-up door did not open when alarm sounded.  

2001

March 27, 2001  14:40  175 Occupants 8 minute evacuation time Unannounced.  Animal facility doors did not release when alarm sounded.  Some occupants used the elevators.

2007

September 20, 2007 14:14  175 Occupants, 7 minute Evacuation time, Unannounced.  One occupant refused to leave 4th floor.  One handicapped person in 6th floor area of rescue assistance.  No fire wardens reported from the 3rd floor.

December 7, 2007  09:34  150 Occupants, 6 minute Evacuation time, Unannounced.  One handicapped person in 6th floor area of rescue assistance.  (Fire alarm counted as fire drill for 4th quarter 2007. (Fire department responded Engine 14 and Truck 23).
