Exits directly to the outside of the building are located on the South end, East side in the center of the building (main entrance), and East side at the North end of the building.

Access by persons with disabilities is via the main entrance located on the East side of the building in the center.

Fire department suppression equipment has access to the east side of the structure.

A Knox Box has been installed next to the fire alarm annunciator with keys for elevators, mechanical areas, electric areas and fire alarm panels to be used by the fire department as needed.  A key for the Knox FDC caps is also located in the Knox Box.
