room on the loading dock. Trash fire
on loading dock next to electrical transformer room door. Smoke
and burning debris from the fire entered the room through louvers
to the left of the door setting off the smoke detector. Fire
caused by carelessly discarded smoking materials.
5-31-01 19:34 System Malfunction, system went into alarm and
reset itself.

3-13-02 09:43 Fire alarm indicated at University Police,
no alarm sounded in the building. Fire department was called. Maintenance
had been working on alarm and put it back in service. Communicator
failed and sent false alarm.
