11-9-98   21:59  2nd Floor East Manual Pull Station Tripped by General Services.

8-11-99  22:34  Roof Level Smoke Detector Cause unknown.

9-27-99  08:34  1st Floor and 5th Floor pull stations, smoke smell in building.

6-16-02  09:14  Manual pull station on roof top level.  Unknown who activated the pull station. Fire Department responded.

3-19-03  08:30  Manual pull station computer office corridor ground floor.  Car fire inside South entrance of the garage.  Fire department responded. 

8-2-03  08:00  Duct smoke detector activated for AHU #5.  Cause unknown.  Smoke detector replaced.  Fire department Responded.

9-1-03  Wires shorted out activating device in West side stairwell.  Fire Department Responded.

2004

3-30-04  01:30 Vehicle Fire 3rd floor parking garage.  Occupant extinguished with University Fire Extinguisher.  Rag left on engine caught fire.  Fire Department was not called.

5-27-04  08:40  Smoke Detector 2nd floor elevator lobby.  Sawdust from cutting boards.  Fire Department Responded.

9-18-05  03:00  Smoke Detector Elevator Lobby on the Roof activated.  Unknown Cause.  Fire Department Responded.

12-04-05  23:56  Manual Pull Station Roof Southeast Stairwell.  Unknown Cause.  Fire Department Responded.
