July 10, 2006  09:55  125 Occupants, 10 minute Evacuation time, Unannounced.  No progress on fire alarm system installation.  Exit signs 1st floor not installed yet.  No fire wardens reported from the 2nd or 3rd floors.

October 5, 2006  13:28  150 Occupants, 10 minute Evacuation time, Unannounced.  New fire alarm system still not complete.  One of two exit signs installed at SW corner of 1st floor.  Lights were out NE stairwell in section that goes to street level outside building.

December 11, 2006  14:30  150 Occupants, 10 minute Evacuation time, Unannounced.  People using third floor bridge to HSF I to evacuate.  New fire alarm still not installed.  No fire wardens reported from the Ground or 6th floors.

2007

March 27, 2007  11:00  256 Occupants, 10 minute Evacuation time, Unannounced.  New fire alarm system in service but there are issues with voice and audible alarms as well as no elevator recall.  Three persons in 8th floor area of rescue assistance in elevator lobby.  Exit lights out in SE and NW stairwells.

May 24, 2007  14:25 264 Occupants, 12 minute Evacuation time, Unannounced.  No fire wardens reported from the 3rd or 5th floors, one each reported from the other floors.

September 19, 2007  11:08  250 Occupants, 8 minute Evacuation time, Unannounced.  No fire wardens reported from the 3rd floor, one from the 9th floor.

2008

March 27, 2008  15:12  162 Occupants, 11 Minute Evacuation time, Unannounced.  Fire alarm did  not work, printer off line when alarm first activated.  No fire wardens reported from 3rd, 7th, and 8th floors.
