December 2, 1998  13:58  250 Occupants  5 min Evacuation time  Unannounced  Most building occupants are using center stairs to evacuate and not protected stairwells.  This causes congestion at the front entrance.

1999

No drill held 1st half of year because of two false alarms in February

October 25, 1999  10:58  260 Occupants 5 minute Evacuation time  Exit door by loading dock from North stairwell was blocked from outside by recycle paper cart.  Exit stairwells are still underutilized.   Occupants from North stairwell exit into building lobby at first floor.

September 26, 2007  125 Occupants, 6 minute Evacuation time, Unannounced.  Door to high-voltage room would not open so people were left outside approximately 1/2 hour until the lock shop arrived and opened the door so the fire alarm could be reset.
