12-17-97  14:30  2nd Floor Pull Station Handicapped Person Activated Alarm to Exit Building

5-22-00  15:23  Police reported fire alarm.  No alarm was sounding in building.  Panel and ADT system showed trouble.

9-11-00  15:40  Fire started by contractors welding in West wing basement.  Building fire alarm did not sound as system was deactivated due to construction.  Police evacuated occupants.  Fire department responded with box alarm assignment.

2001

2-14-01  10:09  Basement Flow Switch Maintenance employee hooked garden hose up to sprinkler drain thinking it was domestic water.  When the valve was turned on, the flow switch activated and the fire alarm sounded.

2002

3-8-02  09:43  Fire alarm activated and immediately reset at Pine Street Police, but did not sound in the building.  Fire department was called.  ADT System Malfunction.

3-21-02  09:43  Fire alarm activated and immediately reset at Pine Street Police, but did not sound in the building.  Fire department was called.  ADT System Malfunction. 

12-17-02  09:52  Manual pull station 3rd floor activated because of smoke in the building.  Smoke came from generator exhaust atop 29 South Greene Building.  Smoke filled court yard between Gray Lab and Davidge Hall.  Was visible from front of EHS.  Pine Street Police received trouble alarm.  Fire Department was not called.
