9-13-99  20:35  Car fire just inside entrance to the Grand Garage. BCFD responded and extinguished.  No fire alarm was activated.  Fire Department Responded.

1-13-00  00:35  Flow Switch Dry Sprinkler System mechanical room east side of building 1st floor.  Leaking check valve from defective air compressor.

4-10-00  21:10  Flow Switch Dry Sprinkler System mechanical room east side of building 1st floor.  Defective Air compressor

10-23-00  05:25  Pressure Switch Dry Sprinkler System mechanical room east side of building 1st floor.

8-15-03  24:00  Vehicle fire on 3rd floor set off 10th floor smoke detector.  Fire Department Responded.

8-26-03  01:30  Dry sprinkler system activated, low pressure.  Fire Department Responded.

8-28-03  10:30 Smoke was emitting from under the hood of a BMW on the South side of the 7th Level. Parking personnel opened the door, the hood was opened and exact source of smoke could not be determined. It is suspected that some type of engine fluid came in contact with a hot surface and turned into smoke.  Fire Department was not called.

2004

2-2-04  14:00  Dry sprinkler system activated.  Cause undetermined.  Fire Department Responded.

2-4-04  13:11  Dry sprinkler system activated.  Cause undetermined.  Fire Department Responded.

2-17-04  14:21  Dry sprinkler system activated.  Broken elbow on sprinkler piping in garage on the outside of the East wall of the office area.  Pipe froze during cold weather.  Fire Department Responded.

2-28-04  21:00  Dry sprinkler system activated.  Frozen pipe thawed out.  Fire Department Responded.

2005

6-24-05  05:00  Ground floor.  Pressure switch.  Defective air compressor.  Fire Department Responded.
