and black numbers indicate
a false fire alarm.
*One false alarm in July 1999 occurred from ADT system error
which indicated an alarm in EHS and Administration. The
fire department responded but alarms did not sound in the
buildings. The same thing happened in MSTF during August.
**Two fires occurred, one in Gray Lab and one in UMBI where the
fire alarm was not activated and the buildings were not
evacuated.
***Two fires occurred, one in HSFII and one on Dental School
Loading Dock in which the fire alarm was not activated in the
building.
