Two interior stairs are present, one within the atrium which terminates at the public way via the first floor lobby on the south end, with the second leading directly outside into the cemetery on the west side, second floor level. A second means of egress is provided for the first floor via the north end of the building.

Fire department suppression equipment has access on the south side and a courtyard on the North side, which may not be accessible for all types of aerial equipment.
